One should remember that even the best technical security system requires supervision, evaluation of the information provided and making calls regarding whether to take action in order to fully fulfil tasks.

We recommend physical protection in facilities where response time to any threats and taking immediate action are an important factor. Stationed in constant readiness to provide assistance to persons staying on the premises of the protected facility, the security agent will intervene faster than the requested respond team/police in case of an alarm system based on remote monitoring/CCTV.

The human factor is also of utmost importance in every facility where verification is required for the right to enter, stay on or exit the premises for people and/or vehicles.

Additionally, security agents can perform a number of activities related to ensuring security using technical security measures (cameras, alarm systems, access control and fire protection).

How can I be sure that your agents are properly performing their duties?

We attach great importance to the quality of services rendered. To this end, we carry out checks on the security status of protected objects and the performance of duties by security agents. Checks are carried out at different times of the day and night.

In addition, security agents can be equipped with devices that allow 24-hour monitoring of their activities. Thanks to this feature, we are informed about any deviation from the duties set out. This eliminates the risk of temporarily reducing the quality of protection by enabling us to verify and respond appropriately. We do not limit the number of control points installed on site.

Can security agents additionally perform minor maintenance works (e.g. snow removal)?

We precede the protection of each facility with a threat analysis, also taking the needs and requirements of the client into thorough consideration. Together, we set up a security organisation plan (number of agents and hours of protection) and procedures for agents at individual posts. After the analysis, the detailed scope of security agents’ activities is determined together with the client in the Security Site Instruction, which will be attached to the contract.
